Signs :
From the moment you enter, signs indicate various locations in the centre.
The name of the training rooms attribuated to the respective sessions is posted at the entrance of the center.
Access/security:
Each person staying overnight receives a magnetic card, which opens the main entrance when the reception is closed as well as the assigned room. Please return your card before leaving. You are asked not to leave valuables in your room.
The center is open from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm.
Apart from opening hours or if there is a problem, a watchman is on duty every night and on week-end.
Telephone :
From each telephone in the centre you can make direct calls to Ecogia or ICRC headquarters extensions. To make local calls in the Geneva area, dial 0, then 022. To make other calls, including to mobile phones, telephone cards for 10 Swiss francs are on sale at the reception.
Telephone messages and mail for those taking part in courses or meetings at Ecogia are left in trays placed near the reception desk.
Internet :
The Internet may be accessed free of charge from the cyber café in the restaurant and from each bedroom.
Télévision :
A television set receiving 12 channels is available in the second-floor lobby. By arrangement with the person in charge of the training course or meeting, television programmes can be shown on a large screen in your classroom or meeting room.
Non-smoking areas :
The center is non-smoking except for the leisure area on the top floor and the external surrounding.
