Reservation terms
Ecogia Training centre is opened from Monday to Friday.
We accept bookings within 6 month before the set date.
You will need to confirm your bookings two months in advance.
Billing :
The ICRC will charge training rooms and sleeping rooms' costs to the name and address mentioned on the request form of booking.
No payment can be made on the spot.
The expenses of catering and laundry are the object of a separate invoice made by the company DSR.
If your participants use the laundry service and you wish them to pay for this themselves, please collect the appropriate amounts from them and hand over the total due as a single payment to DSR (in Swiss francs)
Institutions/societies exempted from VAT are requested to send the related official form at the moment of the booking.
Cancellation :
If you cancel an event completely, the costs are as follows:
More than 60 days in advance : no charge
Between 59 and 30 days in advance : 30% of the total fee
Between 29 and 15 days in advance : 50% of the total fee
Less than 14 days in advance : full fee
